The DivInc Accelerator program helps founders do in 12 weeks what might take you 12 months to do on your own. We are a collaborative and supportive family of innovators building tech-enabled, scalable companies. At DivInc, we empower you to strategically build your company and network alongside talented CEOs, expert advisors, and seasoned investors.
Criteria for being considered for the program
Must be a U.S. based company
The company must be a for-profit enterprise
The company must have a scalable, tech solution that is already built and ready for growth, or a minimum viable product (MVP) ready for immediate use
Participants must commit to 25 - 30 hrs per week of focused work on their company or solution
The CEO must participate in the program
The participating founder must be a person of color or a woman entrepreneur
It's important to note that our program's funding sources are focused on for-profit, tech startups. Therefore, we are unable to accept non-profit organizations, agencies, or consultants.
We look for innovative solutions to a wide variety of challenges or opportunities. Using data, market insights, and customer behavior as evidence, share why your company is solving a unique problem and why you're the team that will ensure it succeeds.
We look for founders who have a growth mindset, are coachable, have a big vision, and want to collaborate with others.
Weekly strategic workshops covering best practices in business development, sales, legal, marketing, finance, operations, public relations, funding, and more. These sessions are run by serial entrepreneurs, VCs, investors, and industry experts.

Participating founders must agree to be fully present and engaged throughout the entire program including all workshops, founders lunches, events, mentor office hours, etc. We understand that life happens and things will come up, so communication is key.
DivInc programs thrive in a culture of trust, respect, and collaboration and we expect founders to bring their full selves and focus to the program each day.
*Important Note: If your program offers grant funding upon completion, founders must meet requirements by attending all program related activities to receive the grant. If a founder has to leave a program early, no matter what the conditions, the founder must forfeit the grant.
